When do I pay?
Not yet. Joining the waitlist costs nothing. When we open your access, you choose your plan and enter your card then. No commitment until you're ready.
Will the founding price really stay the same?
Yes. Founding member pricing is locked for the life of your subscription. Your monthly rate will never increase as long as you remain subscribed. The first 50 firms per plan lock in at the founding rate.
What are AI credits and will I run out?
Credits power Finnie and FINYR's AI features. Solo gets 300 per month and Pro gets 750. For most practices, the monthly allocation is more than enough. If you need more, top-ups are $5 per 100 credits and never expire. Email summaries are always free and don't use credits.
What is Xero's XPM Client Sync?
It connects your FINYR practice directly to Xero Practice Manager, syncing your clients, jobs, and time entries automatically. No re-entering data between systems. Included on all plans.
What does an extra seat cost?
The Pro plan allows additional users at $49 per user per month. Solo is a single-seat plan.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Any time, no questions asked. Monthly billing, no lock-in contracts. Cancel before your next billing date and you won't be charged again.
How long is the waitlist?
We're keeping the first cohort small so every founding member gets the support they need. We'll notify you as soon as your access is ready. Typically within a few weeks of joining.
